Key Responsibilities

1. Product Management:

  • Develop a product strategy and roadmap aligned with solving customer problems and the company’s vision.
  • Partner with engineers, designers, and analysts to build innovative products from the ground up.
  • Collaborate with other product teams and business units to ensure alignment and drive consensus.
  • Take ownership of key product metrics, driving outcomes across the organization.

2. Growth Marketing, User Research, and Business Strategy:

  • Address complex challenges that prioritize product development and deliver bottom-line results.
  • Define long-term pricing and commercialization strategies to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
  • Conduct thorough market domain research and develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends with competitive analysis and roadmap planning to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

3. Stakeholder Management:

  • Influence business stakeholders to implement change management for seamless adoption of tech/product solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams by translating product strategies into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Effectively communicate product solutions and offerings internally and externally to build clarity and drive alignment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Skills Required:
    • Expertise in Product Management and Strategy.
    • Strong understanding of Growth Marketing, User Research, and Business Strategy.
  • A collaborative mindset to work across teams and drive product adoption at scale.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to lead a team of junior PMs and cross-functional groups.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-centric solutions while driving significant business impact.
