Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager for the Adobe Learning Manager team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping cutting-edge SaaS products. Your contributions will directly enhance user satisfaction, improve retention, and drive value for enterprise customers. This dynamic role blends strategy and execution, requiring you to lead product development from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Enterprise Technology Expertise:

    • Understand enterprise digital transformation tools and cloud-based platforms.
    • Effectively communicate technical concepts across customers, sales, and engineering teams.

  2. Customer Advocacy:

    • Engage with customers to gather feedback, present roadmaps, and refine user experiences.
    • Drive features that maximize customer satisfaction and lifetime value.

  3. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Develop scalable reporting and analytics solutions tailored to customer needs.
    • Collaborate with designers to deliver impactful, exportable reports.

  4. API Development:

    • Define APIs for custom integrations, enabling seamless experiences across platforms.
    • Set and manage fair usage policies for APIs, ensuring high adoption and robust GTM strategies.

  5. Scale and Reliability:

    • Author user stories for large enterprises with millions of users, ensuring scalability and reliability.
    • Address challenges associated with concurrency and complex SaaS environments.

  6. AI/ML Integration:

    • Identify AI/ML opportunities to enhance customer value.
    • Leverage the latest techniques to transform traditional processes through innovative solutions.

  • Education: Advanced degree in management, product management, or engineering is preferred.
