Key Responsibilities

  1. Distribution Management

    • Implement CD strategies and manage rollouts.
    • Expand market coverage by onboarding new markets and specialty wholesalers.
    • Optimize distributor and sales representative performance.

  2. In-store Management

    • Prioritize key accounts for visibility impact.

  3. Market Analysis

    • Track competitive activities, new products, and schemes.
    • Gather and draw insights from market updates.

  4. Data-driven Performance

    • Analyze performance data for sales teams, stockists, and market trends.

  5. Training and Development

    • Train and mentor DSRs (Distributor Sales Representatives) on product knowledge and sales techniques.

  6. Meetings and Reporting

    • Conduct weekly/monthly meetings to review performance and strategies.
    • Report key insights and data as per ASM (Area Sales Manager) requirements.

  7. Relationship Building

    • Build trust with stockists and trade partners to enhance business and resolve concerns collaboratively.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in FMCG sales or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication, trade management, and data-driven decision-making.
