Key Responsibilities

Asset Management

  • Develop business plans for new projects, aligning with financial objectives like PBT, NPV, and IRR.
  • Ensure timely project execution while maintaining design and cost optimization.
  • Create marketing and sales plans for optimal project launches.
  • Monitor and address risks while driving cross-functional decisions related to asset management.

Business Planning

  • Formulate annual operating and long-range plans, incorporating timelines for approvals, launches, and construction.
  • Optimize business plans through scenario analysis and manage cash flow efficiently.
  • Set and review key performance indicators periodically to track progress.

Strategic Assignments

  • Collaborate with Strategy Head and Functional Heads on assignments like sales acceleration, time-to-launch reduction, new product development, and market entry strategies.
  • Perform business analysis and scenario planning.
  • Drive recommendations and implementation through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualification & Experience

Education

  • Undergraduate: Leading institutions.
  • Postgraduate: MBA from Tier 1 schools (IIMs/ISB/MDI/XLRI/FMS) or top international business schools.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in Business Strategy, preferably in the real estate sector.
