The Customer Excellence Team at Lenskart focuses on delivering continuous improvement initiatives across the offline retail business, comprising over 1,800 stores across India. Our mission is to enhance customer satisfaction by:

  • Strengthening standardization with a combination of hard work and smart strategies.
  • Developing skilled leaders in process improvement.
  • Coordinating high-impact business projects.
  • Promoting a daily Kaizen culture for consistent progress.
  • Implementing solutions to address abnormalities identified in leadership standard work initiatives.

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic interventions and ensuring seamless execution of continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

This role demands a versatile skill set, blending strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and effective communication. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with diverse teams to align priorities and secure buy-in for initiatives and decisions.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive consensus on critical projects.

2. Program Ownership

  • Develop and lead cross-functional programs with challenging goals that impact nationwide operations.
  • Manage end-to-end program execution to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you’ll need the following:

  • Educational Background:

    • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience:

    • At least 6 years of experience in operations, program management, or continuous improvement roles within the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Skill Set:
