About the Role

The Founder’s Office: Growth Specialist will work closely with the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to build a world-class marketing and sales organization. This role involves leading high-impact projects across sales and marketing functions, ensuring seamless coordination, and driving transformative growth during a phase of rapid expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the healthtech industry as a core member of the Founder's Office team.
  • Lead challenging growth projects across diverse domains, including marketing, sales, data analytics, and healthcare.
  • Solve complex problems in brand development, pricing strategy, and sales efficiency while ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute growth initiatives, guiding the team with innovative ideas and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate between multiple teams to drive quarterly objectives and execute high-impact healthcare projects at scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in sales analytics or operations, preferably in a venture-backed company or top-tier investment banking firm.
  • Commitment: At least 2 years in the current organization, showcasing stability and dedication.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to deliver results in growth-focused roles or projects.
  • Startup Mindset: Grit, hustle, and a “get-it-done” attitude with comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
