Role Overview: KAM Sales Professional

As a KAM Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Account Management (KAM) customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Organize activities to enhance customer experience from pre-sales to post-sales stages.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Identify and engage with strategic customers to improve the company’s share of business and revenue.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Optimization: Drive MTB product presence in all customer deals and ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with financiers to develop better schemes for KAM customers.
  • Market Insights: Act as a bridge between the Product Development/Marketing teams and end customers, providing valuable market intelligence.
  • Team Development: Enhance team capabilities and monitor performance effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:
    • Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
    • MBA preferred for candidates with leadership aspirations.
  • Experience:
    • BE: Minimum 8 years of experience.
    • BE + MBA: 6–8 years of experience.

  • Core Skills:
    • Consumer focus and sales planning.
    • In-depth product knowledge and application.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Secondary Skills:
    • Financial management for better schemes and deals.
