As an Associate Business Manager, you will be instrumental in launching and scaling categories while ensuring competitive pricing, an optimized selection of products, and improved conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and execute initiatives that enhance our marketplace's performance.

The Business team at Meesho is at the forefront of transforming the e-commerce landscape in India. Comprising Senior Business Managers, Business Managers, Assistant Business Managers, Key Account Managers, and Business Development Executives, the team operates with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to achieving excellence.

Your Role at Meesho
As an Associate Business Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Meesho Brand feature. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building a long-term vision and strategy for the Meesho Brand and aligning objectives accordingly.
- Collaborating with teams across Product, Tech, Fulfillment, and other categories to implement innovative solutions.
- Presenting data-driven insights to senior leaders, including the CEO, to support decision-making.
- Enhancing processes to improve user experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Program Management
- Identify key business challenges and opportunities, creating actionable insights.
- Define and track performance metrics while driving cross-functional execution.
- Lead the implementation of new initiatives to achieve growth targets.
Problem Solving & Analysis
- Use first-principle thinking to address time-sensitive issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and synthesize data to drive strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Engage with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on business goals.
- Provide regular updates on performance metrics and project progress.
What You Bring to the Table
- MBA or undergraduate degree from a premier institute.
- 1–3 years of experience managing brand key accounts or working with startups (preferred).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering results and driving solutions using data.
- Ability to think critically and develop innovative strategies.
