About the Role: Manager, Digital Product

The Manager, Digital Product plays a critical role in enhancing our consumer digital experiences. In this position, you’ll work on cutting-edge projects, including e-commerce platforms, payment solutions, and advocate experiences. With your technical expertise and business insight, you’ll drive seamless implementation processes, collaborate across teams, and deliver transformative digital solutions.

This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering results that align with our mission to help people live healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manager, Digital Product, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Product Management: Develop, manage, and optimize member digital products and experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across India and the US, including teams in Technology, Operations, Design, and Usability.
  • Implementation: Lead payment integration processes, ensuring secure transactions and data accuracy.
  • Project Management: Oversee project milestones, maintain implementation guides, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Data and Analytics: Utilize analytics tools like Adobe Analytics to monitor product performance and user engagement.
  • Agile Development: Drive feature definitions and create detailed specifications to guide Agile development teams.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of healthcare and consumer technology trends to develop competitive product strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • Experience: 6+ years as a digital product/program lead with proven success in delivering impactful digital solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in healthcare, retail, or insurance industries.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Aha, Rally, Figma, and MS Office Suite.
  • Agile Practices: In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology and team structures.
  • Strategic Thinking: Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams and geographies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in management, engineering, or product development.
  • Expertise in consumer-facing product lifecycle management (D2C, B2C, or B2B2C).
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to resolve complex challenges.
