About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be part of a high-performing horizontal team that collaborates across all existing and upcoming Swiggy verticals. Your primary focus will be on increasing traffic, acquiring new users, and reactivating lapsed ones, all while ensuring maximum efficiency and alignment with Swiggy’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Growth and Performance Marketing
- Strategize, plan, and manage growth and performance marketing activities to align with business objectives.
- Leverage insights through tools like AppsFlyer and other analytics platforms to optimize media budgets.
- Drive acquisition and retention campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, programmatic platforms, and affiliates.
- Design growth experiments in alliances, merchandising, partnerships, and more.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and click-through rates (CTR).
- Conduct lift studies and analyze campaign performance to refine marketing strategies.
- Use actionable insights to enhance user acquisition and retention efforts.
Creative Collaboration
- Partner with creative teams to develop engaging ad assets tailored to diverse user segments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing to drive campaign efficiency across platforms.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage affiliate marketing channels to ensure high-quality user acquisition while minimizing fraud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, Brand, and Research, to influence outcomes and align with growth objectives.
- Prepare and present performance reports with detailed insights and future projections.

- Deep understanding of performance marketing strategies and platform-specific targeting options.
- Experimentation and Analytics:
- Ability to design A/B tests, geo-lift studies, and analyze complex data sets.
- Skilled in scaling successful experiments and refining strategies based on insights.
- Creative and Analytical Balance:
- Proficiency in creative problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 4+ years in a growth marketing role, ideally in a B2C consumer tech or e-commerce platform.
- Education: Proven expertise and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
